Forgive my absence, for it has been entirely too long since I have submitted an entry on my blog. I have been working and taking a summer math class to get ahead... yes, I am an overachiever and acknowledgement is the first step to recovery.
A lot of my favorite Resort Collections 2009 focused on minimalism with few key accessories (shoes, jewelry, and/or belts).
This outfit below was definitely one of my favorites: Simple, but super chic:EX) Doo. Ri, Jason Wu, Alexander Wang, Jenni Kayne
(Jenni Kayne Collection, Style.com)
And this is how I interpreted it (structured shorts and shoes, easy shirt and jacket):
(Jacket, Urbanoutfitters. Tank, Banana Republic. Scarf, Vintage. Shorts, Anne Taylor. Wedges, Gianni Bini. Purse, One Thousand Little Steps. Teal Ring, Gift.)
P.S. Thanks for all your comments on my previous post... they all made my day that much brighter :D
